Gendar crackers are a type of snack made
from a mixture of starch, shrimp and other
spices which are then fried until dry. This
food has a crunchy texture and is usually
served as a complement to dishes or as a
snack. Gendar crackers are characterized
by a flat and hollow shape.

Work Steps
1. Prepare tools and materials
2. Mix the rice, spices and tapioca flour, stir until evenly mixed
3. Put it in a pan and steam until cooked
4. Lift the dough and shape it according to your taste
5. Dry the dough until dry
6. fry the crackers
7. Gendar crackers are ready to eat
