If we talk about mental health, it will always connected with depression.

Especially these days, depression among the teenager is increasing. In this article

concerns about it among the teenager. This article also talks about parents role in their
child’s mental health. I would like to give my several respond into this article on some
point.

First, in my opinion this article seems so a well organized. The beginning of this
paragraph tells about the estimate that depression in teenager will undiagnosed, next
tells us about parent’s ignorance, then tells about the teen’s experience in depression,
also tells about the symtoms, and last talks about the worst condition and how to deal
with it.

Secondly, i think we need to take depression as a serious issue, depression could

lead someone into self harm or worst it could commit suicide. Parent’s role also
important to check the symptoms of depression in their child. Teenagers phase, in my
opinion, is a risky phase because we feel so many pressure in teeagers age. There’s so
many case about teenager’s death caused by depression and it could happen because
we are not fully concern about mental health.

Last, as a teenager, this article makes me more concern about my own mental
health. The content on this article also makes me think that i should care more about
everything around me. I would open up to my family so they could also concern about
mental health’s problem.

In my conclusion, this article share valid data and could increase our awareness
of mental health’s problems. I personally recommend this article to everyone to make
them realize that mental health is important.
