E-MAIL WRITING

Vocabulary:
You can send an e-mail to someone, or e-mail them. They will reply to your e-mail or e-mail you back.

Which of the e-mail features above would you use in each of these situations?
1. You are sending an e-mail to Antonio and you want to send d a copy to Bella without Antonio knowing.
2. You get an e-mail from Delia, who has also sent copies to Edgar and Susan, and you want to send the same answer
to all of them.
3. You receive a reply from Carlos, and you want Susan to see it.
4. With the e-mail to Giorgio, you want to send another document.
5. You receive two e-mails, but you don’t want to keep them.

Sometimes we need to confirm phone calls in writing. Most business e-mails and letters contain a lot of standard
phrases. Read the e-mail below and notice how some standard phrases are used.

information about your products/services. Use some standard phrases from the list.
