According to the impartiality principle, justice should be based on objective standards rather than being

biased, prejudicial, or favoring one person over another for wrong reasons.

Consider it to be a fairness issue. Let's say you attended a baseball game and discovered the umpire was
related to a player on one of the teams. The umpire shouldn't officiate the game, the majority of people
would argue because it would strongly suggest that he might not make the calls fairly and impartially.

In short, impartially means fairness or equally.

Another situation is…

CONSEQUENCES OF THE PRINCIPLE OF IMPARTIALITY FUNDAMENTAL

1. One of its key values is non-discrimination

2. Only an impartial action can give the image of an organization that can be trusted by people

3. Impartiality in its true sense requires that subjective distinctions also be set aside.
The concept of equality includes the notion of non-discrimination. It makes sure that no person's rights
are denied on the basis of race, color, sex, language, religion, political opinion, nationality, social
background, possessions, or date of birth.

The difference between the two notions; a national society that refuses to provide its services to a
specific group of people, because of their ethnic origin fails to observe the rule of non-discrimination;
whereas a national staff member who, in the exercise of his function favors for a friend by giving him
before treatment than that given to others, contravenes the principle of impartiality. Therefore, staff and
volunteers should be trained to ensure that correct behavior becomes almost a reflex.

This situation says that sometimes people give their sense of impartiality depending on how they want
to handle the situation forgetting about the principle of what is impartiality really for. Just as I have said
earlier that treatment should be based on objective standards rather than being biased, prejudicial, or
favoring one person over another for wrong reasons that is why no matter what the situation or what
their race is, we must base our decisions on the essence of fairness for everyone.
Neutrality is interpreted as "impartiality" or "fairness" by the parties involved in the ethics debate. This
entails acting in a respectful manner toward the participants' diverse interests, preferences, and values,
allowing everyone the opportunity to be equally heard and taken into account.

Also, Neutrality is most helpful when there is disagreement. No of their political beliefs, whose area they
reside in, or their level of "guilt" or "innocence," victims and survivors of conflict on both sides deserve
support and protection.
