I am Ha Phuong Thuy. I have recently heard about your recruitment announcement for Personal
Assistant. I am writing to show my interest in this position and give reasons why that may be a good
match for me.

In terms of work experience, I have about 2 years of experience in the field of communication and event
organization. At my current job, I am in charge of admin accounts and domain of the company
website, along with all internal and external communication channels. At my previous job, I followed up
on dozens of purchase orders and payment processes monthly through SAP ERP, one of the advanced
management platforms today .In addition, I am confident with MS Office and my English ability, which I
have accumulated during my self-studies.

I hope that my upcoming job will give me a young PR - Marketing environment so that I can develop
more in this field, use English frequently and work remotely. Last but not least, the salary range which
matches my ability and potential is from 15M - 20M. I hope the job will be my new breakthrough in
2023.
