• Researched and compiled notes on CCI Green Channel, Personality rights, the right to
be boring, Patient safety and POSH Act.
• Prepared samples of Talent & Technology agreements and Dispute resolution clauses
in a technology agreement.
• Prepared Statutory Compliance checklist for registration and licenses of a newly
established factory under new Labour codes.
3. Chadha & Co. (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Team) [19th December 2022 -
14th January 2023]

• Researched and compiled notes on:- Arbitration cases such as Nabha Power ltd. vs.
PSPCL, National Insurance Co. Ltd. vs. Boghara Polytab Pvt. Ltd., Vidya Drolia &
Ors. vs. Durga Trading Corp., Amazon.com NV Inv. Holdings LLC vs. Future Retails
Ltd.
• The limitation period for section 37 appeals under the Arbitration Act.
• Drafted Cease and Desist notice in the case of defamation.
• Researched Indian cases related to Greenwashing and ICC protocols related to virtual
hearings.
• Researched on the applicability of the non-compete clause during the subsistence of
commercial contracts under the Competition Act, of 2002.
• Researched Anton Piller Injunction, Mareva Injunction Order and Quia Timet
Injunction.
• Assisted and prepared a list of dates in the case of Satcom Co. (Italy) vs. Rudra
International (2022).
