starts with catching a fish, and finishes with selling final product at the fish shop. In total,
there are 13 stages to produce/make smoked fish.

To start with, after catching the fish, it is transported to the port. Next, it is saved in the
refrigerator and frozen for a certain amount time. Following this, fish is put into the fresh
water to be thawed. When it is melted, the fish is cut into pieces. At the next stage, the
product is placed to the special liquid, that consists of mixture of salt water and yellow
coloring. Then, the final product is ready for preparing it for delivery by smoking in the
special equipment.
After all preparations, fish is
put in boxes, and frozen at 0*C. The
fish is kept (keep) in the cold store, where
it waits for delivery. At the final stage,
the distribution occurs, and the smoked fish is
transported to fish shops for seelings.
The flowchart represents the process by which the smoked fish is made. There are 13 steps in the process,
starting from catching fish from the sea, and finishing with selling the final product.

At the beginning of the process, fishmans catch the fish from the sea or any water resource. After that, the
fish is delivered to the port. At the port, the fish is frozen (v3) at the certain (определенная) temperature.
At the next stage, the fish is melted in the container with the freshwater. Following this, the fish is cut to
many pieces as a preparation for smoking process. Next, the fish is placed to container with a mix of
saltwater and yellow coloring. After that, the smoked fish is ready for delivery.

The final product (smoked fish) is placed/packaged to boxes, which are frozen at the temperature of 0*C.
As the fish is stayed in the cold store, it can be distributed. Finally,, the result/product/version is delivered
to fishops for selling

The process details the steps by which smoked fish is produced. Looking from an overall perspective, it
is readily apparent that smoking fish can be divided into 3 main stages beginning with catching and
transportation, followed by storage and processing, and finally further storage and transportation to
fish shops for retail.
The process commences when fish are caught in nets and then transported by boat to a port. From this
point, they are frozen and then later undergo a thawing process in fresh water. The next stage is to
slice open the fish and put them in a salt water solution that also contains some amount of yellow
coloring. Following this, the actual smoking takes place.
After smoking, the fish are packaged in boxes and frozen at zero degrees centigrade in larger
containers. They are finally grouped into cold storage bins and distributed by truck to shops to sell to
consumers.
