SPORTS

The sports we chose are swimming and volleyball.

Swimming is a fascinating sport in which you exercise your entire body,


it consists of staying on the surface of the water or floating, moving the
arms and legs. It presents immense benefits for our muscular, nervous,
and respiratory system, since it is a sport where more muscles include
in its execution, increasing endurance and muscle toning throughout
the body.

I like Volleyball because it's fun and I practiced it in high school with my
friends, I practiced it for a month.
Volleyball is a track game between two teams of six players per side
that is played by hitting a ball to the opposite side above a net. When
the ball touches the floor or leaves one of the two parts of the court, it
is a point or an opportunity to draw for the other team.
