    After the staff recruitment, 4 new employees and 3 new buildings were
    constructed for the government office at the end of the financial year:
    Two new employees joined in the IT department, and three employees joined
    the Finance department. However, the entries for the Finance department
    employees were mistakenly listed under the HR department. Display the table
    before and after correction.
