Advantage:

Disadvantage:

Disadvantage of situational leadership is that consistent changes in the


leadership style can cause confusion among the employees.

Final thoughts: I am recommending this leadership style because it will help


avoid the problem of employees feeling demotivated or disengage due to lack of
their participation while at the same time not diminishing Marc’s natural way of
leading.
