UNIT POLICY
1. No ROTC Cadet roaming around The videoke BAR, stores, canteens, etc. beyond near the campus
of the Bohol Institute of Technology International College And the other public places until the
duration of the course unless authorized by the training directorate.
2. ROTC Cadets are not allowed to bring deadly weapons (guns, knife etc.) During the duration of the
training for sake keeping process.
3. Gambling and drinking of intoxicating liquior inside and outside of the campus is strictly prohibited.
4. ROTC Cadets are not allowed to smoke while undergoing training.
5. ROTC Cadets are not allowed in getting debt to any persons and other lending institution.

TO: All Concerned

1. Listed Are The Policies To Be Followed By All Cadets/Cadettes Officers From The School Year
2021 – 2022, Shall Take Effect On The Date Indicate Above.

A. OFFICERS RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The senior is always right.

2. If the senior is wrong just refer to the number one.
3. Officers are not allowed to standby at the school entrance lobby, steps at the entrance areas
fronting the CSG officers, and any within 100 Radius of the school campus.
4. Officers are exempted to apply military courtesy and discipline in dealing with the other officer
particularly to her senior officer.
5. Seniority must be observed at all times.
6. Bearing is expected at all times.
7. Officers have no uniform but must have proper attire be fitting true gentlemen.
8. Inspection of Hear cut every two weeks.
9. Unity is expected at all officers.
10. Smoking and drinking of intoxicating drink are not allowed to all particularly during class days.
11. Officers are expected to standby at ROTC office during vacant time.
12. Any officers caught taking DRUG’S (Drugs classified as illegal by the FDA) during the school term
automatically expel from the unit at the school with proper authority.
13. No cadet officers are allowed to wear sleeveless T-shirt, sandals, craptop outfit inside the school
premises.
14. Officers absent during formation and activities without valid reason shall be given demiret, penalty
or reward.
15. Corp & Staff must be obliged to do their role and motivating every subordinates officer.
16. Act like how an officer should be.

17. Never court nor fling your fellow officers, BE RESPECTFULL.

18. Always wear ROTC uniform in time of duty ( type A or B )
19. Officers are expected to follow the rules and regulations on the school.
20. Officers who violate any of rules.

B. OFFICE RULES AND REGULATION

1. NOT allow to enter the DMST office without proper authority.

2. Only advance officer must stay in quarter of the DMST office.
3. Officers are not allowed to enter in the quarter not covered our premises.
4. Visiting parent, relative, and other beloved someone’s are only to visit within 8-am to 5-pm (OFFICE
TIME).
5. Officers are always log-in and log-out when they are entering the office.
6. Cleanliness is expected at all times.
