    The technician moved an instrument to a new site at the same customer. When testing it, the fans and cooling systems worked when switching the rear switch, but the front switch had no power. None of the analyzer's robotics or LEDs turned on from the front switch. Further investigation found 230V AC power at the front switch wires but the 24V power supply was not turning on. Measuring found 230V AC lost between L and N wires but present between L and E wires to the power supply.     how are you?I hope you are doing well.


    FirstFull, i would like to inform you we move this instrument from site to other site at same
    cutstmomer.and then start to Reinstall the instrument. then i get
    issue:
    When switch of the rear switch, all fan and cooling system are working fine.
    when trying in the front switch, ther is no power go through the analyzer. no robotics movements
    as usual. i looked to PCBs and Backplane, there is no LEDs ON. then i went to further
    iinvestigation, i found the power 230 AC is there at front swich (At all 4 wires). after more further
    investigation, i found the 24V power supply is not going ON.. then i. measure the AC input
    between L&N, it is lost. measuring again between L& E, the 230 AC input to power supply is
    there.
    i don't know if the power supply still need an activation signal to go ON or something else.
    i will provide you other e-mail with images and photos for more details.

    i am waiting for your advices.
