14hrs Fasting from 8.30pm to10.30am
Before breakfast drink jeerawater / coconut water
Drink 4L of water in a day

Day Breakfast (10.30am) After Breakfast (2 hrs) Lunch After Lunch (3hrs) Dinner (8 - 9PM)

Wednesday 2 besan Cheela with 1 plate seasonal fruits 1 plate rice khichadi with Beetroot and Hand full of nuts + Sprouted Green
