this Halloween! In honor of the Jen-inspired lips, E.L.F is hosting a Halloween party where

decided to host a Halloween party that benefits local pet shelters as per Coolidge’s request.

off Oct. 31, 2023, at 5 p.m. in the heart of Los Angeles.
