License usage report section

To make it easier to get an overview of

license usage, there is a report section
that can filter license usage per
account and product as well as limited
to a time period.
This gives you proper tools to make
your license usage more effective.
More filtering options may be added
later on.

How does it affect me?
TEMS™ will make the change as seamless as
possible for our customers. Information will be
sent out before changes are made.
• All licensed devices will continue working
throughout the migration.
• All devices and licenses will be moved and
accessable in the new GLS administration portal.
• You will keep your login name. A new password is
required.
• The GLS administration portal will be
unaccessable during a weekend.
• No changes will be performed on the devices, a new
License Control Center and TEMS License application
with support for multiple concurrent Cloud license
servers will be distributed together with the next product release.

Prepare yourself

To avoid downtime, prepare yourself

before the migration weekend:
• Make sure all devices are correctly registered.
• Make sure all licenses are mapped to the correct
device.
• Inform users that a manual license synchronization in
License Control Center (PC) or TEMS License (Android)
might be needed after the GLS system has been
updated.
