Chief Deputy Juvenile Officer
Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Juvenile Division – Harrisonville, MO November 2022 – Present
• Directly supervise 8-10 full time staff; including the Program Manager, Child Abuse/Neglect Supervisor,
and several Deputy Juvenile Officers
• Read and review referrals from law enforcement and assign to the appropriate Deputy Juvenile Officer
• Review and edit all court work submitted by Deputy Juvenile Officers
• Coordinate case management of hundreds of juveniles in Cass County
• Write and manage 2-3 grants for the circuit, totaling over $110,000 for Fiscal Year 2024
• Serve as on-call supervisor three months per year to respond to urgent incidents that occur outside of
business hours, especially for matters of detention and protective custody
• Participate in the Leadership Team to help guide policies and procedures for the office
Program Manager
Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Juvenile Division – Harrisonville, MO December 2017 – October 2022
• Implemented new and innovative programming to help meet various needs within the Seventeenth Circuit
• Established and maintained connections throughout the community to provide the best possible resources
and services for the youth referred to the Juvenile Office
• Developed curriculum for various classes that youth may be expected to participate in
• Coordinated the Crossover Youth Initiative over two counties to meet state and national standards
• Served as Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative (JDAI) Coordinator for the circuit
• Managed Youth Court in Cass County and developed a diversionary program in Johnson County
• Supervised two full-time staff and three part-time staff across two counties

Raymore Festival in the Park - Raymore, MO
• Work with a team of 10-15 others to organize the annual Raymore Festival in the Park
• Develop new ideas to progress and modernize the Festival
• Manage social media for the Festival, to include creating content and responding to messages
• Help recruit and coordinate volunteers to work at the Festival
• Assist throughout the weekend of the event, completing any tasks necessary
