In line with the conduct of the Dasig Naval: HeArts Month Celebration 2024, the Local Youth Development Council
deeply congratulates the participants from your school for being part of the official contestants of the 1st Feelikula:
Short Film Making Contest. The said competition aims to showcase the film-making talents of the Biliranons
emphasizing the love for the arts.

In connection, we would like to inform you that the exclusive film judging and showing will be held today, February
26, 1:00 to 5:00 PM, at the BiPSU Hostel Function Hall A. Thus, we humbly request your good office to excuse the
following participants and their coach on their respective classes and allow them to visit the said venue on the indicated
time, to wit;
