WORK”.We are the pleaded to submit our most competitive quotation for the above works
completed as per the following details below:

SCOPE OF WORK:

plaster and Re plastering on the damage GRC PIECE
REPLACEMENT and if GRC have cracks so I will only
repair them.
2. We will apply 05% Percent of VAT 1250

In Word:Riyal Omani Twenty Six Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty Riyal Only
➤ Terms & Conditions:

1. All the types of Scaffolding to be erection by the First party.

2. During the working period Water and Electricity facility will be provided

3. Painting works not considered.

4. Working Timing: 7AM to 5 PM

➤ Payment Terms:

1. 30% Advance payment.

2. 30% Payment on completion of 50% work.

3. 30% Payment on completion of 75% work.

4. 10% payment on completion.

Note: If Owner wants extra work out of our quotation will be paid extra
