REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE. ‘Quezon city ADVISORY To all Concerned Taxpayers, Revenue Officials and Employees: For the guidance and information of all concerned, the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) was informed by Globe X-Change, Incorporated (GXI), thru a “GCash Partner Advisory”, that a igh failure count for BIR payments via the GCash mobile application was detected last May 24, 2023. Consequently, GXI decided to temporarily disable BIR payments acceptance via GCash app to avoid further inconveniences to both taxpayers and partner banks, while an ongoing investigation is being conducted, to identify the root cause of the problem. In this regard, taxpayers are advised to pay their taxes thru other electronic payment (ePAY) facilities such as: ‘+ Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Link Biz Portal - for taxpayers who have ATM account with LBP and/or account holders of LBP and taxpayer utilizing PCHC PayGate or PESONet facility (depositors of RCBC, Robinsons Bank, Union Bank, BPI, PSBankand ‘Asia United Bank); ‘© Development Bank of the Philippines’ (DBP) Pay Tax Online ~ for account holders of Visa/Mastercard Credit Card and/or BancNet ATM/Debit Card; ‘* Union Bank of the Philippines (UBP) Online/The Portal ~ for taxpayers who has an account with UBP or thru UPAY via InstaPay facility (Individual Non-UBP account holders); and © Taxpayer Software Provider (TSP) thru Maya and MyEG.
