The Regional Nutrition Committee thru National Nutrition Council Region VII (NNC 7) will once
again be hosting an online Regional Forum on Nutrition for Punong Barangay with the theme:
“Aksyon! Barangay Champions para sa Nutrisyon nga Malamboon”. The activity will be
broadcasted via Zoom Webinar and Facebook Live at our official page:
www.facebook.com/NNCRVII, on 19 June 2023, from 1:30 to 3:30 PM. This is also one of the
highlights of our 49th Nutrition Month celebration in the region and a venue to introduce the
2023-2028 2023-2028 Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition.

Relative to this, may we invite your good office to again co-organize the event with the RNC.
-Further, may we also request kindself as Vice-Chair of the Regional Nutrition Committee to
welcome the Punong Barangays attending the forum. Your valuable insights will surely inspire
the Punong Barangays to put premium to the nutrition program in their areas. Furthermore,
we would appreciate it if you can please issue a regional memorandum to all the Punong
Barangays in Central Visayas to participate in this regional forum.
