AFFIDAVIT OF NO PENDING CASE

I, BERNARD C. BUHISAN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of General
Santos City, Davao del Norte, Philippines, after having been sworn in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say THAT:

1. I am the person above-stated and I have caused the preparation of this

Affidavit;

2. I am the registered owner of the following parcels of land:

a. Lot A-3-B-9-A, PSD-11-109442, with an area of One Thousand (1,000)

square meters, more or less, situated at Brgy. Tagpore, Panabo City,
covered and embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 142-
2023005092;

b. Lot A-3-B-9-B-17-A, PSD-11-162990, with an area of Eight Hundred

Thirty Nine (839) square meters, more or less, situated at Brgy.
Tagpore, Panabo City, covered and embraced under Transfer Certificate
of Title No. 142-2023009673; and

c. Lot A-3-B-8, PSD-11-086672, with an area of One Thousand (1,000)

square meters, more or less, situated at Brgy. Tagpore, Panabo City,
covered and embraced under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 142-
2023005091.

3. In these presents, as the registered owner, I hereby declare that the

above-described parcels of land are not involved in any case, civil or
criminal, or they have not been subject to litis pendentia or custodia
legis by any court or tribunal;

4. I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing

facts.
