Self Defeating Behaviors are behaviors that holding us back from achieving our goals and the means

use
of achieving those goals. Theories indicate that Self Defeating Behaviors are kind of defense mechanism,
deceiving people to thinking they are coping with stress and pressure. These behaviors are the reasons
what blocks our personal growth.
