Identify Quality Standards and  Determine the relevant quality


Criteria: standards, regulations, and criteria
that are applicable to the project.
This may include industry standards,
legal requirements, and internal
organizational standards.

Identify Stakeholders:  Identify and involve key stakeholders


who have an interest in or will be
affected by the quality of the project
or process. This includes project
managers, team members,
customers, and any regulatory
bodies.
