According to the penal code of law

1. People who distribute drugs are imprisoned for 5 to 20 years (Article 114
paragraph (1)
2. People who make drugs are imprisoned for 5 to 15 years (Article 113
paragraph (1)
3. People who become drug couriers are imprisoned for 12 years (Article
115 paragraph (1)
 4. People who consume drugs are imprisoned for 1 to 4 years (Article 127
paragraph (1)
