Purposes:
Outbettering the app and making it more modern and trendy.
Employee engagement- improve company environment and making the employ
ees feel better and between each other.
Elements:
Badge - We have a profile that displays a 'Helper' badge, which is a testament to the
many votes she has received from her colleagues. This badge has become her main
one. Additionally, there are other badges like 'Uplifter', 'Competitive', etc. available for
endorsement.
You can either create your own badge or leave it to your colleagues to give you one.
Customisation of badges is possible, and you can learn more about them by clicking
on their respective titles. Moreover, you can also give badges to your fellow colleagues.
Surveys - The purpose of surveys is to gather feedback from colleagues regarding a
certain topic. For instance, if a new coffee maker has been introduced, HR may send
out a survey asking for colleagues' opinions on it. The survey can be interactive with the
usage of emojis or open-ended answers. Such surveys can help lift the company spirit
and aid in identifying ways to reward different employees.
Competitions- Gamification serves the purpose of creating healthy competition
among employees. For instance, one might compete to see who is the most punctual
or which department completes tasks faster. The leaderboard shows where you stand,
your rank, and potential rewards. These competitions can occur between teams and
departments to add an element of fun to the workplace.
Upcoming events- To find out what events are taking place, Facebook events can be
a useful tool. By clicking on a particular event, you can learn more about what's hap-
pening, whether you are participating or planning to attend.
