Key Account Executive (Merchant Management)
Duties
 Take care and support official partners on the app from the list of assigned restaurants/ food shops and
sorted by designated geological areas.
 Manage different categories of restaurants, including but not limited to Vietnamese Dishes, Snacks and
Boba Tea.
 Received and handled listing requests as well as providing strategic recommendations on promotion
schemes to boost sales (online consultation either via phone, Zalo or face-to-face meeting).
 Hunt deals with restaurants and food shops in the zone to bring high revenue to the shop.
 Produce weekly (WoW) and monthly (MoM) reports on factors that affects the increase or decrease in
the revenue of the restaurants and propose consecutive action plans.
 Negotiate advertising packages with shops for their brands’ overall communication promotion
 Support to handle partner-related issues such as contracting, tools, menus.
Achievements
 Always completed the assigned KPI at 98% or higher, further achieved the highest KPI of the team in
the 2nd and 3rd quarters (with the average KPI being 13%)

o Formed the chain of Com Chay Dieu Vy (Dieu Vy Scorched Rice), Tutimi and became a famous
