Gotuaco, del Rosario Insurance Brokers, Inc. (GRA) is a leading professional insurance broking and consulting
firm in the Philippines.

The company was established in 1965 by Lawrence J. Gotuaco and late Amb. Albert F. del Rosario as an
agency for life and general insurance.

The firm has since grown into one of the leading insurance brokers in the Philippine market and is the industry
leader in the practice of risk management consultancy.

In 1976, the Heath, Langeveldt and Rollins Group acquired a 30% interest in GRA.

Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, the AON Group became our partners from 1996-1997.

In 1998, GRA became, and continues to be, the sole Philippine partner of ASSUREX, the world’s largest
private commercial insurance brokerage group.

In 2000, GRA became a member of the International Benefits Network, an organization of recognized leaders
in the area of employee benefits consultancy.

In 2009, GRA became a Philippine Partner of Globex International Group, a multinational insurance, risk
management and employee benefits consulting firm.

These affiliations over the years provide GRA with extensive expertise and access to international insurance
markets.

The late Amb. Albert Del Rosario was the majority stockholder. He had a LOMA
certificate from the Life Management Institute and had been in the insurance industry
since 1960. He was the former Philippine Ambassador to the United States, who served
in Washington DC from October 2001 to August 2006 and former Secretary of the
Department of Foreign Affairs from February 2011 to March 2016.

Lawrence J. Gotuaco was our former Chairman. He has been in the insurance
business since 1956 and is a Chartered Life Underwriter. He obtained his Masters in
Insurance from Wharton University.

Arthur L. Panganiban Jr. is our President and Chief Executive Officer. Has been in
the insurance industry since 1990, first as a Risk Engineer. He obtained double
degrees in Civil Engineering and Management and in Industrial Engineering from the
Mapua Institute of Technology. He also completed his MBA from the De La Salle
Graduate School of Business.
Andrew P. Gotuaco was a former full-time Director. He has the Associate in Risk
Management (ARM) designations from the Insurance Institute of America, and
Health Insurance Associate (HIA) from the Health Insurance Association of
America, among others.

Meg R. Isleta is a full-time Director. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance

Institute (ACII) obtained from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland.

Hans V. del Rosario is a full-time Director. He obtained his MBA from

Fordham University.

Juan Antonio H. Inocentes is a full-time Director and is the Senior Vice President
for Property & Casualty. He obtained his MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of
Business.
Tom Gotuaco was a former Director of Gotuaco, del Rosario Insurance Brokers,
Inc.

Ma. Rowena R. Nicolas is the Senior Vice President & Head of the Employee
Benefits Team of Gotuaco, del Rosario Insurance Brokers, Inc.

Marichu C. Hao is the Senior Vice President & Head of the Accounting & Finance
Department of Gotuaco, del Rosario Insurance Brokers, Inc.
