PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Petitioner, ___ by her attorney ___ will move the
Honorable ____, in his Courtroom of the ___County Courthouse, ____ on January 3,
2024 at 9:30 AM or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, to reschedule and or adjourn
the Pre-Trial Conference on January 3, 2024 and the Contested Divorce Hearing on
January 8, 2024.

As basis for this motion:

Counsel has been recently retained in this matter, and additional time and documentation
is needed in order to effectively represent the Petitioner at this hearing. In particular,
Counsel needs more time to review financial records to investigate the discrepancies with
respect to reported income and assets and actual income and assets of the Respondent.
