Program Outline

Overview
AI for Everyone is a dynamic program tailored to empower professionals in various roles with AI-
enhanced design, communication, and decision-making skills. The program begins and ends with full-day
workshops and is complemented by optional, self-paced learning activities. It focuses on practical
applications of AI tools like ChatGPT, unlocking expert business capabilities such as copywriting,
translation, design, analytics, and even coding.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
1. Understand and leverage AI tools for workplace efficiency and productivity.
2. Apply readily available AI tools for various use cases.
3. Use AI tools for data-driven analysis and decision-making.

Course Structure
Kick-off Workshop: Laying the Foundation for AI Integration
Morning Session: Discovering AI’s Business Potential
 Introduction to the program and AI’s potential in the business world.
 Overview of common AI tools, their potential, and limitations.
 Live demonstrations of AI use cases.
 Discussion of participants’ business challenges for AI application.

Afternoon Session: Practical Applications of AI in Business

 Deep dive into using ChatGPT for communication, design, and data analysis.
 Techniques for simplifying complex data for business and research insights.
 Building custom GPTs for corporate and role-specific functions and workflows
 Goal-setting activity for participants to identify specific business problems to address using AI
before the next live session.

Supplemental Asynchronous Learning: Enhancing Skills at Your Own Pace

 A comprehensive summary of (including materials from) the kick-off workshop.

discussing outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned.

Afternoon Session: Optimizing AI for Business Success

 Best practices for crafting effective prompts and optimizing workflows using AI.
 Strategies for integrating AI into other business processes and tools, automating workflows, and
monitoring their effectiveness.
 Final survey to gather feedback and assess interest in formalizing specific AI practices within
participants' organizations.

 Hands-on activities and live discussions focused on AI tool applications.

 Location: Workshops either online via OEG’s eCampus or in-person at the OEG offices.
 Duration: Two full-day workshops spaced three months apart
 Times: Workshops (six hours); asynchronous learning (1–3 hours per week)
 Price: $24,900 (fully funded for small businesses)
 Participants: 3–12 people
 Prerequisites: None
 Resources Provided: Three months premium ChatGPT subscription for each participant
