New Practice Approaches

The changes that have taken place in nursing so far require a nurse to adapt to them to be

efficient in the currency of their approach. One o the most influential change is the consideration

of evidence-based practice (EBP, hereinafter) in nursing services. According to Li and

colleagues (2019), EBP fundamentally guides the effectiveness of services offered in the medical

field through improving the efficiency of decisions made. Nurses are expected to make critical

decisions regarding the health of patients individually. I have within this course learned to find

and use EBP to enhance the decisions I make when assisting my patients to get better clinical

outcomes. Therefore, as EBP has persisted in the healthcare sector, I have ensured that I

transition with this new practice approach.
