    III. BUSINESS ARISING

    FINAL REVISION OF CONSTITUTION AND BY LAWS


    Provisions on Elections
    o The Secretary General and Assistant Secretary should
    come from different schools, just like the Treasurer and
    Assistant Treasurer.
    o For the position of President, it's fine for individuals
    from the same school to occupy the same position.
    Election Process
    o Tie Breaker: Re-election
    o Schools must only occupy a certain position for a
    maximum of two terms only.

    DURATION OF PLEBISCITE CAMPAIGN


    Schedule date of Quorum for Constitution and By Laws
    o 5 days of campaign period

    o Date of quorum June 18, 2023


    o Must be officer of local org
    o For each section vote, a minimum of 60% is required.
    o June 13, posting of plebiscite

    ASSIGNMENT OF OFFICERS PER ACTIVITY


    o A total of 43 events were planned and discussed.
    o The project heads and co-heads for each activity were
    assigned as well as the month of conduct.
