● Book Review

An anthology of haiku poetry: Pink Moon created by Ninik Setiyani which was printed
in 2019. A collection of haiku called "Pink Moon" by Ninik Setiyani describes the
beauty and meaning of the surroundings written poetically using terms about nature
which reflects the author's love for nature, which is manifested through preserving the
beauty of the surrounding environment. In a series of poems, he celebrates the
beauty of the various seasons, the splendor of sunsets that symbolize change, and
the beauty of rain that colors the landscape. His simple writing style succeeds in
presenting captivating images, visualizing the majesty of nature with harmonious
colors. Starting from beautiful blooming flowers, butterflies dancing in the air, to
beetles passing gracefully, all these natural elements are combined with harmony in
each stanza of his poetry, creating an atmosphere of serenity that captivates readers.

The Night Song

When the sun sets in the west

And the dark comes
The cold begins to feel
Early night Arrives

Fireflies start to glow the light

Owls let out their voice
Bats prepare their adventure
And all nocturnals dance to welcome the night

The song of the night is sounded

The time to remember what done
The best time to count
What kindness or mistakes
Which one is the most was made

The night song is getting louder in the silence

It's sign that the night is getting late
Close your eyes for while
And stand to meet the creator of the night song

The red rose blossom Desire fills the nirvana Its fragrance is learned
Together in love

I kiss the love

I hug the flower's fragrant
I praise the love
Wait me with the blowing the wind

I wish there is no lie

So i can set a love poem
To the lover
Who keeps faith to wait
