Grounds on which application is made

The Company is being incorporated to pursue the objects as detailed in Memorandum of

Association.

As the Company under incorporation is a non-profit organization the promoters wish to

incorporate this Company without the addition of word “Private Limited”

As per Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 19 of Companies (Incorporation)
Rules, 2014 such association is required to have the license from the concerned Registrar of
Companies. Accordingly, this application is being submitted to your good office for your kind
consideration and issue of the required license.
