CORD

It’s been a year since Jian came back to Milan. The young man was amazed at how
beautiful the venue was. This is his first time being in this kind of event and playing an
important role, and it made his heart happy to a point. After brushing off the shoulder pads of
his suit, Jian resorted to walking back and forth his place, trying to ease down his
nervousness.

While waiting for the officiant’s cue, Jian was looking around at the guests, trying to find his
best friends. He found Uno along with the other groomsmen and their eyes met. Jian was
making ‘not too obvious silly faces’ at Uno as if he wasn’t nervous at all then there was his
friend, glaring and mouthing ‘Umayos ka’.

When it was already their turn to walk, the young man lent his arm to his partner, Catriana,
as they held the cord with a hand each. They started walking, getting synchronized after a
few steps. The young man flashed a bright smile to the crowd around, shaking the remaining
nervousness off.

With them reaching the end of the aisle, he gave a warm smile to the groom before unlinking
his arms with his partner– heading straight in front of his designated seat.
