Subject: Issue with Recent Computer Purchase.

Message:
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase

I made from your store. On Monday, I bought an Asus computer
from your establishment, which I was very excited about.

However, I regret to inform you that I have encountered a problem

with the computer just a few days after purchasing it. The screen
suddenly went blank, and despite several attempts to restart it,
the issue persists. As a result, I am unable to use the computer
for my work, which is causing me a great deal of inconvenience.

I am disappointed with the quality of the product and expected

better from your store. I kindly request that you address this issue
promptly. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a
replacement or provide a refund as soon as possible. Additionally,
I hope that this matter can be resolved within the terms of the
warranty.

I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and take

appropriate action to rectify the situation. I look forward to
hearing from you soon regarding the next steps to resolve this
matter.

Yours sincerely,
Jack

Now, it is your turn to answer Jack and
