1.0 USER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
1.1 Privilege Group Information:
1.1.1 Privilege group creation shall be defined as per Privilege Right Matrix.
Type of privilege groups are mentioned below:
1. Admin : For administrative purpose.
2. General : To perform day to day activity.
3. Master : To perform day to day review activity.
Note: Privilege rights are not configurable in this system.
2.0 SECURITY POLICY SETTINGS:
2.1 The security policy settings as mentioned below:

1) Password expiry must be 90 days.


2) User account will be locked after 3 times wrong password attempts.
3) Auto Logoff duration of HMI Screen is 5 minutes.
4) User password must contain at least 1 alphabet, 1 numeric digit and 1 special
character.
5) User Password must contain minimum 8 to maximum 16 alphanumeric characters.
3.0 USER CREATION:

3.1 Click on “Login” button from main screen.

3.2 System will ask for user name and password.


3.3 Enter administrator user id and password and click on “Enter” button.

3.4 After successful login Click on “Menu” button.


3.5 Then click on “User View” in “Main Menu” screen.

3.6 System will ask for username and password, Enter the administrator credentials and press
enter button.

3.7 After that, “Administrator Operation screen” will open, click on User Login Setting.

3.8 Click the User Registration button.


3.9 Enter the user details and select the desired role, After entering all details in respective
fields, click on “Register” tab.
Employee Id will be user id (E.g. If user employee id is 12345 then User id will be created
as 12345.

3.10 After creation user will display in user list.

4.0 ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION OF USER ID:


4.1 To activate or deactivate the user, Click “Enable/Disable” tab, if Display user Disable that
mean user is active and if display user enable that means user is disable.
5.0 PASSWORD RESET OF USER:
5.1 To reset user password, Click “Reset password” tab.

5.2 Enter the administrator credentials.

5.3 Enter User ID who’s password need to reset and then click on “Reset Password”.

6.0 ROLE CHANGE:


6.1 User role change facility not available in this system.
6.2 To Role change of user, Ask user to raise deactivation request form to deactivate existing
User id and Activation request form for new id creation with new required role. Based on
deactivation request exiting user id shall be deactivated. (Refer Section:4.0 for Deactivation
procedure)
6.3 After deactivation of existing id new user id shall be created with desired role. (Refer
Section:3.0 for User Creation procedure)
(If existing user id is 12345 then new id will be created by suffix letter start with A in
Employee Id, E.g. 12345A).
