BUDGET FOR THE SOCIETY

Good day, Mr. Chairman. This letter is written to seek your approval on the
budget needed by the aforementioned society for the 2023/2024 session. After all
expenses had been summed up, the society has reached a budget, and we'll need a
sum of N45,100.00.

The expense is broken down below:

 Medals (for the Clash of Titans) - N3000

 Certificate (for the Clash of Titans) - N1300

 Snacks: Biscuits - N7200 (N2400 ˟ 3)

Drinks - N11,200 (N2800 ˟ 4)

Water - N1400

 Logistics (transportation of bought items) - N1000

 Tug of Words (refreshments for speakers) - N1500

  Data subscription for the P.R.O.’s office - N1000

 Refreshment for weekly society meetings - N10500 (N150 ˟10˟7 sittings)

 Picnic - N5000

 Miscellaneous - N2000

Total - N45,100
