PoC on ULPIN based Land Management System using

Block Chain Technology in Andhra Pradesh State

NIC-AP has been working on the Proof of Concept (PoC) of Property Chain of ULPIN based
Land management System using Block Chain Technology involving NIC teams (Webland,
SSLR and CARD) and CoE-BCT, Bangalore team for the past 4-5 months. Finally, we have
given demonstration the high level design of this workflow to the Chief Commissioner of
Land Administration (CCLA), Shri G.Sai Prasad, IAS and his team along with Survey
Settlements and Land Records (SSLR) team at CCLA office on 29-02-2024. The CCLA sir has
formally accepted our design and workflow and asked to proceed further.

NIC-AP has conducted a Video Conferencing session on 01-03-2024 with the teams of CCLA,
SSLR, NIC-AP ( Webland, CARD, SSLR) and CoE(BCT) along with our AP state coordinator to
discuss on the PoC and also modalities on how to proceed further to implement the PoC
technically.

Shri G.Sai Prasad, IAS, CCLA has expressed his satisfaction about the design and encouraged NIC-AP
team to proceed further and complete in 2 months time. He has been emphasizing on the
implementation of Block Chain Technology to be used as Single Source of Truth to give Real Time data
all the time in all applications where webland data is being consumed.
