UNITED ILOCANDIA FRATERNITY/SORORITY

CIVIC ACTION GROUP

Aparri Chapter
SEC Reg#: 20031976
OFFICE OF THE ALUMNI PRESIDENT

December 19, 2021

TO: DR. ISMAEL V. TUMARU, MD

Aparri, Cagayan

Sir:
We, the UNITED ILOCANDIA CIVIC ACTION GROUP Aparri Chapter is an
accredited Non-Government Organization/Civil Service Organization(NGO/CSO) of the
Aparri LGU and a member of Aparri’s Municipal Planning and Development Office. We are
composed mostly of young members who want to make a contribution to societal change
even at a young age. We believe that our age does not hinder us in helping solve society’s
problems. Instead, our youth is an asset that we can maximize since we are gifted with a
lot of extra time and energy to spend in helping others.

For a few years now, we have been involved with Civic Action Projects and Missions
to our less fortunate brothers and sisters in our Municipality. Especially this couple of year
with the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic, it hasn't deterred us from reaching out to even
more people who experienced the struggles and challenges of life on a daily basis. Poverty
Alleviation and basic health care, must be prioritized to every citizen of our community.
This is why we take advantage of any and every opportunity to collaborate with the private
sectors and other government agencies to address that need of the people of Aparri,
Cagayan.

Since our Organizational Fund has been depleted at the moment because of our
different Projects and Mission not to mention the impediments and rigors that the current
Pandemic has affected all of us, We are initiating a Solicitation effort and now knocking on
the kind hearts of individuals such as yours for Cash Donations for our planned projects and
missions this Christmas Season.

We look forward for your favorable considerations in being a generous sponsor and
a partner in bringing good tidings to our impoverished townsmate.

Thank You and Godbless.

Respectfully,

MEYRICK L. CO
UIAC Alumni President
