Presenting complaint

Photo ID check con rmed with patient. Currently a university student in Bristol. Recently had a ight to his home
country of Kuwait to visit his family on 13th August (outbound) and 18th August (return) - itinerary reviewed during
consultation. Unfortunately he developed symptoms of severe jetlag and headache, with exhaustion when he
arrived in Kuwait on 14th August. Reports this continued for 4 days in the lead-up to his university exams. He feels
this affected the revision preparation he could do for his exams (which were on 15th and 17th August), and the
performance he had on the actual exam dates. He managed his symptoms with self-care: rest, over-the-counter
analgesia and now feels his symptoms have signi cantly improved.
