Giftig vir visse en bye.

VLAMBAAR
Hou weg van oop vlamme of bronne van hitte.
Berg weg van voedsel en voer.
Hou buite bereik van kinders,oningeligte persone en diere.
Hou verpakking deeglik toe.
Ontruim vertrek gedurende beroking en verseker deeglike belugting (3-4 uur) voor
vertrek her betree word.

VOORSORGMAATREëLS

Voorkom inaseming van rook of dampe.

Was met seep en water na hantering.
Voorkom kontaminasie van voedsel, voer en water.
Vernietig leë houer en moet vir geen ander doel gebruik nie.
Moenie in die teenwoordigheid van persone , troeteldiere en diere toedien nie.

SIMPTOME VAN MENSLIKE VERGIFTIGING

Hipersensitiwiteit, bewing, spiersametrekking, speekselafskeiding, inkoördinasie,

onbeheersde urinering, traanafskeiding, vinnige en/of onegalige asemhaling.

NOODHULPBEHANDELING

Verwyder persoon van die bron van vergiftiging, stel hom gerus en hou hom stil.
Verwyder besoedelde klere en was besoedelde vel deeglik met baie seep en koue
water.
Moenie die vel hard vrywe nie.
Besoedelde oë moet vir 15 minute of langer met skoon water uitgespoel word.
Neem pasiënt DADELIK na naaste geneesheer.

NOTA AAN GENEESHEER

Behandel simptomaties en ondersteunend.

GEBRUIKSAANWYSINGS GEBRUIK SLEGS SOOS AANGEDUI

Kruipende insekte (Weeluise, Vlooie, Vismotte en Kakkerlakke)

Gebruik 1 FUMITABS op 27 m3 (3 x3x3 meter) ruimte .

Vlieënde insekte (Vlieë, Muskiete en Kleremotte)

Gebruik 1 FUMITAB op 27 m3 ruimte of 2 FUMITABS per 54 m3.

Om herbesmetting te voorkom, moet met gereelde tussenposes behandel word.

METODE VAN TOEDIENING

Maak alle skuilplekke, bv. kaste, laaie en beddens oop.

Sluit alle vensters, deure en luggate.
Plaas die tablet op 'n baksteen.
Steek aan en BLAAS DIE VLAM DOOD WAT MAG ONTSTAAN.
Hou die vertrek vir Kruipende insekte 3 - 4 uur toe en 20 - 30 minute vir Vlieënde
insekte.
Deurlug daarna (3-4 ure)goed en moet nie die vertrek gebruik voordat rook heeltemal
verdwyn het nie.
Herhaal toediening na 2 - 3 weke om die volgende generasie insekte te beheer, of volg
op met ‘n oppervlakbespuiting van ‘n geregistreerde insekdoder. FUMITABS het geen
nawerkende aksie nie en sal slegs insekte uit hulle skuilplekke dryf.
Vir die beheer van Kakkerlakke en Weeluise moet beroking verkieslik tussen 8 - 12 nm
geskied omdat dit die tyd is wanneer die insekte op hul aktiefste is.
WARNINGS

Handle with care.

Cover or remove fish tanks, eating utensils, food, artificial silk and pets.
Keep packaging tightly closed.
This product may stain some household appliances, cover before fumigation.
Poisonous by swallowing and inhalation.
May cause irritation of the skin, eyes, mucous membrane and skin sensitization.
Toxic to fish and bees.

FLAMMABLE - Keep away from open flames or source of heat.

Store away from food and water.
Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals.
Keep package well closed. Vacate premises during fumigation and ensure thorough
ventilation (3-4 hours) before re-occupation.

PRECAUTIONS

Do not inhale smoke or vapor.

Wash with soap and water after handling.
Prevent contamination of food, feed and water.
Destroy empty container and do not re-use for any other purpose.
Do not use in presence of people, pets, and animals.
Do not eat, drink or smoke whilst handling this product.

SYMPTOMS OF HUMAN POISONING

Hypersensitivity, tremors, muscular fibrillation, salivation, in co-ordination,

incontinence of urine, and lacrimation, rapid and/or irregular respiration.

FIRST AID TREATMENT

Remove patient from source of poisoning and keep him quiet and reassured.
Remove contaminated clothing and rinse contaminated body area thoroughly with
plenty of soap and cold water.
Do not rub skin.
Flush contaminated eyes with clean water for 15 minutes or longer.
Take patient to the nearest doctor IMMEDIATELY.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN

The treatment of systemic intoxication should be symptomatic and supportive.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE USE ONLY AS DIRECTED

Crawling insects (Bedbugs, Fleas, Fish moths and Cockroaches)

Use 1 FUMITABS per 27m3 (3x3x3 meter) of space.

Flying insects (Flies, Mosquitoes and Clothes moths)

Use 1 FUMITAB per 27 m3 of space or 2 FUMITABS per 54 m3.

To prevent re-infestation, fumigation must be done at regular intervals.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Open all hiding places, wardrobes, cupboards and beds.

Close all windows, doors and ventilators.
Place the tablet on a brick.
Light and BLOW OUT FLAME THAT MAY FORM.
Keep room closed for 3 - 4 hours for Crawling insects and 20 - 30 minutes for Flying
insects.
Then ventilate well (3-4 hours) and do not re-occupy premises before the smoke has
completely disappeared.
Repeat after 2 - 3 weeks to control the next generation of insects or follow up with a
registered residual surface spray insecticide as this product has no residual action, it
only flushes out insects from their hiding places.
For the control of Cockroaches and Bedbugs, fumigate between 8 - 12 pm as this is the
time when the insects become most active.
