Lesson title: Designing Sport Activity Proposal (Volleyball)

Lesson Objectives:
At the end of the activity, the students can:
1. Design processes to participate in a sport activity.
2. Displays initiative, responsibility and leadership in sports activity.

I. GOAL

Your goal is to make your own event proposal using the template given.

II. ROLE

Your group assume to design sport activity which is the volleyball who wishes to educate the students of PHINMA COC
who want to know how to design a sport activity or event which is volleyball.

III. AUDIENCE

Your audience will be netizens and teachers of PHINMA-COC.

IV. SITUATION
The following guidelines must be followed.

1. Each section is divided into five groups compose of 10 members. The same group with 1st mini PT.
2. Each group need to create a hard copy on their sample design sport activity proposal.
3. The group will create a sport activity which is the Volleyball following the sample format (Title, Date and Venue,
Rationale, Main Objectives, Main Target Outcomes, Participants; Project Logical Framework, Proponent,
Event Title, Participant, Source of Budget).
4. In making your design sport activity proposal use a short bond paper and it should be covered by a folder.

III. Rationale

The aim of the PHINMA COC Senior High Volleyball Extravaganza Tournament is

manifold. Primarily, we aim to further the development of physical skills through the

promotion of volleyball a sport that requires moulding precision, agility, and teamwork. It

is designed to provide our students with platform to show their volleyball prowess and

sportsmanship. Through this event, we are looking to foster camaraderie, both within

and across teams, encouraging a strong sense of community in our school. Additionally,

the tournament works as a tool to instill lessons of discipline, perseverance, and team

spirits among the students. Sports event like these can also contribute to student’s

emotional development by teaching them how to handle both success and defeat. By

providing exposure to a competitive environment and through Interactions with others,

they learn respect, fairness, and adaptability. Lastly we believe that our Volleyball

Extravaganza can inspire students to adopt a more active, healthy lifestyle the one that

sees the value in physical fitness. Therefore, this tournament is not just about games;

it’s about shaping our students into well-rounded individuals.

IV. Main Objectives

The main objective of the “Volleyball Extravaganza Tournament” is to create an

atmosphere of friendly competition, where students can enhance their volleyball skills,

development teamwork, and foster a love for the sport.


V. Main Target Outcome:

 Enhance student’s volleyball skills through competitive gameplay and practice.

 Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among the participants.

 Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among students.

 Provide a platform for students to showcase their talents and passion for volleyball.

VI. Target Participants

Open to all Senior High School Students of PHINMA COC

15 - 21 years old

VII.Project Logical Framework

1. Activities:

Proponents: The “Volleyball Extravaganza Tournament” is proposed and organized by

the PHINMA COC Senor High School Students Council, in collaboration with the

Physical Education Department.

Event Title: Fly High Eagles; Extravaganza Volleyball Tournament

Sources of Budget: The budget for the tournament will primarily be sourced from the

Senior High School Students Council Funds. Additionally, we will be reaching out to

local businesses for sponsorship and supports. This collaboration can be mutually

beneficially, the businesses get a chance to foster a relationship with their community,

while our event gets the necessary financial backing. To supplement, a nominal

participant registration fee will also be collected. These funds will collectively cover all

costs incurred, ensuring the smooth execution of the tournament.
