San Jose and was established in
Quezon City, Metro Manila in the year
2000. We offer flower arrangements
for occasions such as birthdays,
weddings, funerals, and anniversaries,
among others.
● Yes of course, the company is
currently facing a shortage of
employees wherein before the
pandemic the company had more than
15 employees but now, the company
has less than 10 employees which
negatively impacts the overall
efficiency of the company.

to grow over the past few years, the

reach a broad customer base to
improve its sales.
● Our company mission is to create
distinct and personalized flower
arrangements designed to fit for
specific occasions
● On the other hand, our company
vision is to envision ourselves as an
institution in the Philippine floral
 industry.
● The organizational hierarchy of the
company is as follows:
○ The owner is the top of the
hierarchy
○ Following the owner are four
departments: (1) operations,
(2) finance, (3) marketing and
product development, and (4)
human resource.
○ Under operations, there are the
office, store operations, and
dispatch team. Office includes
online customer service, which
deals with online customer
inquiries, and admin tasks,
which carry out administrator
duties. Store operations are in
charge of operating the shop,
and underneath are florists who
make the flower arrangements.
Dispatch team prepares the
flower arrangements for
delivery and under them are
delivery personnel who deliver
the products. Under finance,
we have reports which deal
with financial reports and
statements. Under marketing
and product development is
social media managing which
manages the social media
pages of the business. Lastly,
under human resource are
employee records, who are in
charge of keeping employee
records, and employee
engagements, who are
responsible for the welfare of
employees.
