    Basic techniques for Cocktail

    • Building
    – Building a drink means that you simply pour all the
    ingredients into the serving, which the cocktail will be
    served
    – Building a drink is also the most simple way to craft the
    most simple of cocktails

    Classic Cocktail - Build
    Screwdriver
    Glass: Old Fashioned
    Garnish: Orange Wedge
    Ingredients: 45ml Vodka
    90ml Orange Juice

    Method: • Fill 2/3 full of ice in old fashion glass


    • Pour all ingredients in glass
    • Ready to served

    God Father
    Glass: Old Fashioned
    Garnish: Nil
    Ingredients: 45ml Scotch Whisky
    20ml Amaretto

    Method: • Fill 2/3 full of ice in old fashion glass


    • Pour all ingredients in glass
    • Ready to served

    Cuba Libre
    Glass: Hi-ball Glass
    Garnish: Lime wedge
    Ingredients: 30ml Rum
    120ml Coca Cola

    Method: Fill a highball glass with ice,


    Add rum
    Top up with Coca-Cola.
    Garnish with a lime wedge.
    Squeeze the lime into your drink, if
    desired.

    Americano
    Glass: Highball
    Garnish: Lemon Twist
    Ingredients: 30ml Campari
    30ml Red Vermouth
    Soda Water on Top

    Method: • Fill full of ice in highball glass


    • Pour all ingredients in glass
    • Top with Soda Water
    • Garnish with lemon twist
    • Ready to served
