Scope and Delimitation

The main goal of this project is to design a Spot Welding Machine

that can carry by the user to use in the stationary or heavy materials
and assembling the created parts to create the main product.

The propose design is to create the electrode handle that can

carry by the user connected to the transformer by the very thick and
bendable copper wire/sheet to use in different position.

The project can apply with a limited range or part of the material.
The outer part only of the sheet of metal can spot by the project and
the inner part cannot because of the length of the arm of the electrode.
It is about 3 to 5 inches from the edge of metal sheet can spot of it.

The maximum thickness of the metal sheet that can join is about
3mm each. And the welding time is ranges at 0.3 to 2.0 seconds. It
varies depend on the thickness of sheet. And the best time for it is
ranges from 0.5 to 1.0 seconds to create a nice weld.
