Born in Venezuela.
Professional singer since 1986.
Singer in Venezuela, Italy, Aruba, Bonaire, Curazao, Panamá, Mexico
ELMO is very busy collaborating with the many talented musicians and bands in Lake
Chapala, Mexico.
Recordings: 1994 released CD "Ciudad de Cerveza", Caracas, Venezuela.
Currently singing with:
THE ROMEOS - Lake Chapala's SUPER BAND.
Traficantes Rock'n'Latin.

PAULINE PROULX – VOCALS / PERCUSSION
Pauline was born in Canada, started playing piano at a very young age and has been
singing for as long as she can remember.
Although working full time in the Federal Government, music was always a great
sideline. Pauline played guitar and sang in local establishment in the 1970s until she was
invited to perform with a local dance/party band. In the 1980s and 1990s she performed
in and outside of Canada for heads of states, major corporate events, cruise ships,
vacation resorts and various private gatherings. In the 2000s, she was the principal
vocalist for an 18-piece, jazz and swing big band.
Now retired and living in Mexico, she still enjoys the pleasure that music brings while
singing with ‘The Charlie Cook Band’ and ‘The ROMEOS’ – Lake Chapala’s
Superband.

TODD JONES – SAXOPHONE
Master of Music degree from Truman state university. Proficient in all woodwinds.
Worked five years for Cedar Point amusement park as a full time musician. From that
point to the present, a weekend warrior playing with various bar bands, pit orchestras
and wind ensembles in Michigan and Ohio.
Todd has established a SOLID presence in Lake Chapala playing with a number of
bands, and, guest spots with local musicians

WAYNE WATSON – TRUMPETS
After fulfilling his military service obligation as a trumpet and bugle player in a US
Army Band , he played in several bands in the greater New York City and Philadelphia
areas. He was also an on-call studio musician for a recording studio that produced
commercials, corporate videos and supported vocal groups who were trying to get
recording contracts.
Wayne is regularly invited to play with a variety of Lakeside musicians as well as the
Bugler for military memorial events.

WES COGAN – KEYBOARD
Wes got interested in playing keyboards at age fourteen when his aunt sent him to organ
lessons, then in the mid-1970s ditched the day job and toured the Midwest, Florida and
California in several different bands. Then, back to school and day jobs until in Seattle
around 2010 he got back into music. In 2020 he relocated to the Lake Chapala area of
Mexico and now is happily retired, playing keyboards in THE ROMEOS band.
