Follow this plan as per schedule given.
Drink at least 3 lit water every day.
Avoid aerated beverages and drinks while you are on
this plan.
Eat at least 4 meals everyday.
Get into 45 mins activity. You can select any
activity.
Take Print out of following pages and stick in your
room to keep constant eye on it.
In case any fruit or vegetable is not available you can
use other variety.
Fruit or vegetable serving is important. (besides
banana and potato).
There will be one day low calorie diet in a week. Take
rest on this day. As per your schedule you can adjust
this day in a week.
