Silent Running
Noise is no longer a problem. With the ‘CSM
Maxi’ compressor cabinet designed around
maximum sound absorption whilst maintaining
maximum cooling airflow, sound levels of
around 67 dB(A) are achieved.

This eliminates OH&S noise issues associated

with piston & older screw compressors, allowing
the units to be installed close to working areas
& offices.

ES99 Electronic Control System

Electronic Adjustment

The ES 99 electronic controller & display has the following user friendly
functionality of the machine:

• All Commands (run, stop, reset).

• All Controls (power on, compressor started, compressor with load).

• All alarms (motor thermal alarm, high temperature).

Energy Savings

The compressor management of the electronic controller, aims at reducing the

electric energy consumption. It is able to distinguish two types of air
consumption:

• High Consumption (idle time < 4 min): The electronic controller cycles
the compressor on-load (compressing) & off-load (free wheeling), thus
avoiding stopping & restarting the electric motor.

• Low Consumption (idle time > 4 min): When maximum pressure is

reached, the compressor runs off-load for 30 seconds & then switches to
stand-by mode (turns off), avoiding running the motor when it is not
needed.

Easy Maintenance
Fast, simple & cost effective maintenance is facilitated via:

• Oil Level permanently visible from the outside.

• Long intervals between scheduled servicing.

• Easy access to all internal components (three panels facilitates access to all compressor components).

• ‘Spin-On’ style Oil Filters & Air/Oil Separator Elements (just like a car oil filter).

The result is that ‘In-House’ Scheduled Maintenance is now an option, which is of particular benefit to regional
customers.

‘In-House’ Scheduled Maintenance

‘In House’ scheduled maintenance can be done without effecting
warranties. Two pre-packaged D.I.Y. Service Kits are available & all
models come with a detailed Owners Manual giving full instructions.

Minor Service Kit: Oil, Air Filter & Oil Filter

12 months or 2,000 hrs
(depending on environmental conditions)

Major Service Kit: Minor Kit + Air/Oil Separator Element

24 months or 4,000 hrs
