I. Objectives
After this lesson, with 90% accuracy, the pupils are able to:
a. identify proper and washing;
b. demonstrate proper hand washing; and
c. appreciate the importance of proper handwashing.

III. Procedure
A. Preliminary Activities
• Prayer
• Greetings
• Checking of attendance
B. Motivation
• The pupils will listen to a story told by the teacher using a pop up book
and will be asked a few questions related to the story.
C. Lesson Proper
• The teacher will discuss and demonstrate how properly wash a hand
and its importance to the pupils.
D. Application
• The teacher will ask the pupils to fall in line and lead them to the sink.
The pupils will perform proper hand washing while the teacher will
guide and observe them.
E. Generalizaton
 • The pupils will share in fornt of their classmates what they learn during
the lesson.
F. Evaluation
• The pupils will be provided with printed papers on which they can
encircle their answers. The teacher will then flash some pictures, and the
pupils will determine if the picture shows proper hand washing and
encircle their answers in the printed papers.
