SC Transition Meet
Hello and welcome to this year’s Father’s Day SC Transitional Meet. We thank you for your continued support of
our club. I wish all the competitors the best of luck and lots of fun.

Entry
A $5.00 fee per spectator (16 years and over) will apply on entry to the Aquatic Centre. Fee includes one lucky door
entry per paying spectator. Swimmers, children under 16 years and Coaches are free. Contactless payment will be
available and is the preferred payment method.
General
Kiosk will be available for food and drink purchases. Father’s Day raffle tickets will be available for purchase at cost
of $2 per ticket or 3 for $5 with payment via Cash or Contactless EFTPOS (preferred).
Coaches, Team Managers, Swimmers & Spectators should BYO chairs and marquees for the duration of the event.
Results will be available via Meet Mobile only. No results will be posted at the centre on the day. Results will be
uploaded to Swim Central the day following the meet.
No programs will be available for purchase
Meet program and heat sheets will be available on Meet Mobile once the meet has been finalised. Coaches will be
provided with one free program per club, available for collection on the day from the Officials desk.
Swimmers will be required to Self Marshall in order of the Program of Events. All events to be swum as Timed Finals.
The Referee’s decision will be final and the Meet Referee has the right to combine heats on the day. No rule
tolerances will apply.
Medals will be awarded to the fastest three placegetters in each age group for the 50m and 100m events (6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 years & over). Fastest three placegetters overall will be awarded prize money in the 400m
events: 1st place - $30, 2nd place - $20, 3rd place - $10
Warm Up
Warm ups for the meet will commence at 7.00am and will conclude at 7.45am. At the conclusion of the warm-up
periods, Coaches shall co-operate by having their team members leave the pool promptly when requested to do so.
The interval between having to clear the pool and the commencement of the meet is required so that the team can
prepare the pool for competition. Lane 1 only is reserved through the whole of the warm-up period for dive entry
from the end of the pool with cover only.
Timekeeping Roster
Clubs are required to provide timekeepers as per the below roster for the period of the event. Two timekeepers are
required for each lane at all times. Timekeepers will be required to report to the chief timekeeper just prior to the
commencement of the meet.
Timeline
Timeline has been provided as a guide only and not to be relied upon as actual series of events. It is up to the swimmer
to ensure they have adequate time to marshall for their nominated events.

Father’s Day raffle tickets will be available for purchase at cost of $2 per ticket or 3 for $5 with payment via Cash or
Contactless EFTPOS (preferred). Prizes include:
